I haven’t run a 10KM in a long time. I’m out of rhythm, not quite in shape, and honestly, a little nervous to start again. But some runs aren’t about timing or pace - they’re about purpose.

This one is for young women footballers who train hard, dream big, and deserve a real shot at the game they love. Talent isn’t their problem. Opportunity is.

So I’m getting back on the road, one kilometre at a time, running to support their journey on the pitch.
